remember this case from around 2005. The plaintiff was in the right here, she took her husband’s keys when she saw that he was drunk so he wouldn’t drive and she refused to allow him back in until he sobered up. That defendant’s white trash boyfriend allowed him to come and stay in his place to sober up with a 13 year old around. Regardless of whether he was being supervised or not, he shouldn’t of allowed a drunk man in the house with a minor around in the first place.

I remember this case from around 2005. The plaintiff was in the right here, she took her husband’s keys when she saw that he was drunk so he wouldn’t drive and she refused to allow him back in until he sobered up. That defendant’s white trash boyfriend allowed him to come and stay in his place to sober up with a 13 year old around. That perhaps could be because she realizes that every human is salvageable and he is also the father of her children. He obviously didn’t have this problem before. The wife had already done the right thing by taking his keys away from him to keep him from driving. The man was very drunk and the stupid boyfriend of that idiot defendant should not of allowed him to stay in his place to sleep it off, especially with a 13 year old there.

It doesn’t matter if it was a plea bargain, or if the DNA matched - he pled guilty (or no contest) - same as being adjudicated guilty by a jury. The fact that his wife will stand by him, shows she is an idiot.

People have become too self-righteous. Especially younger people, like the ones who are defending the defendants on this video. They are not too good of people themselves, but they will act self-righteous like they are good.

I don’t know… she said that he took the plea bargain. Either way we don’t know the whole story, and it isn’t right to go over and terrorize the entire family.

That’s just like the father and mother of J. Dahmer. What he did was horrific, but his parents should not have gotten the death threats they received.

You people who keep defending those defendants are scum just like they are. However you feel about what the husband should of received, it was wrong of them to go and terrorize his family. They did nothing wrong. We have police for a reason, we are not a bunch of barbarians. Just because a 13-year-old said she was raped doesn’t make it true. Judge Judy even says that teenagers lie when their mouths are moving. I’ve stated my case. You haven’t rebutted a single thing. 2. I’m not siding with pedophiles. It’s just that not everyone accused of being a pedophile is in fact a pedophile. It’s just such a serious issue that evidence is often neglected. It’s the kind of issue that you need to look hard at so you don’t falsely accuse someone.

That’s the law. Judge Judy knows it. If you don’t like that law, then go live in Tashkent. Just because you don’t like a certain law doesn’t make it not applicable to you. It isn’t written anywhere in the constitution that you’re allowed to assault someone if they hurt a family member of yours.

If the situations were the same as in this case, then yes, I would believe it was statutory. A severely drunk man can’t walk straight, let alone hold a fighting 13-year-old girl down to have sex with her. If I was being raped, I’d scream as loud as I could. I don’t know how big the defendant’s home is, but they should have at least heard some sort of struggle, or kept an eye on a drunk man they let stay in their house. And I would let the police deal with it. That’s how it works in this country.
